The deposit for the stay, where required, must be made within 3 working days from the time of booking confirmation. The balance of the stay is required on the day of arrival.

In the case of a "Not -Refundable" rate, is requested a 30% deposit, to be made at the time of confirmation of the booking and the balance of the stay on the day of arrival.

The tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid on the day of arrival in cash, Euro 1.00 per person per day, children under 12 are exempt.

The various extra services requested by you that you will already find in your apartment upon arrival (camping cot, high chair, umbrella, beach beds, etc.) are to be paid on the day of arrival.
Extra services requested such as extra weekly cleaning during the stay, change of bed linen or towels, Lumia / Sciacca shuttle or vice versa, excursions etc., can be paid for when requesting the service.

Regarding the arrival and departure times, we are not very strict, so if you need to arrive earlier, or very late in the evening, contact us to arrange the delivery of the keys. In this case there is no supplement.
For the departure time we are bound by the time of the customers arriving, therefore a supplement may be required.

It is not possible to sleep more people than those provided at the time of booking, even if the beds are still empty. Extra people can be accommodated to sleep, only upon prior request and authorization from the management of the structure and a supplement may be required.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF LEASE
Art. 1 - INTRODUCTION
This document governs the agreement with customers, i.e. those who use the services offered by the website www.lumiacasevacanze.it which is managed by the Gulliver Servizi Turistici SRL AGENCY, located in Sciacca (AG) in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 9, and contains the conditions governing the use of the services offered by the same.
The leases concern properties of different types and this characteristic sometimes makes it impossible to bring them back to a general and homogeneous standard (two low beds or bunk beds, balcony or veranda, total or partial sea view and so on). They cannot therefore be described in a complete and detailed way, and it is therefore good that those with specific needs specify them clearly at the time of the booking request, before defining the contract.
Art. 2 - RENTAL PRICES
The rental price is expressed in Euro (€) and is the one indicated in the booking confirmation sent to the Client.
Included in the price:
• Consumption of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning
• Dishes, household utensils
• Use of the chairs or any deckchairs provided in each apartment
• Use of the barbecue and common areas
Not included in the price
Compulsory tourist tax of Euro 1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 14 days. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt.
Art. 3 - RESERVATIONS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Upon confirmation of the booking by the Customer, a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay may be required, if indicated in the booking confirmation by the Agency, to be made 3 working days from confirmation.

In this case, it is necessary to enter the name of the apartment and the rental period in the reason for payment, by sending a copy of the payment receipt by e-mail.
The Customer will receive a summary upon arrival of the deposit, together with the Agency Booking Confirmation, with all the details regarding the stay, by e-mail.
The balance of the stay and the tourist tax are required on the day of arrival, together with an identity document of all the people for whom the booking was made, in order to allow registration with the competent authorities, by of the Gulliver Agency, which undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the regulations in force in Italy.
Art. 4 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed, the Client's arrival is expected, between 16.00 and 20.00, at the Gulliver Agency, where, after having paid for the stay and signed the notification form for the PS, all the useful information is provided for a pleasant stay (excursions, itineraries, maps, brochures, advice on shopping and catering, and anything else that could be of support). The necessary information will also be given for separate collection to be carried out at the property and detailed directions to reach the booked apartment, where an agent from the Agency will hand over the keys and show the apartment.
Should the customer arrive after the maximum check-in time on the day of arrival; at 20.00, please notify the agency in time, at the numbers indicated on the booking confirmation, to arrange for the delivery of the keys. On the day of departure, the return of the keys must take place no later than 10.00 am. The return of the house after the set time, if not previously agreed with the Agency, could cause a penalty equal to the sum of Euro 50.00.
Art. 5 - ORDER AND CLEANING
The leased property must be returned clean and tidy, as it was found upon arrival. The Customer will ensure that it is respected daily and will be responsible for its integrity. Upon departure, the customer must empty the fridge and take care of throwing his rubbish in the appropriate public containers or according to the rules imposed by the city of Sciacca for separate collection at that time. Dishes and dishes must be washed and put back in order, as they did on arrival. It is forbidden to move tools, utensils, chairs and other items of furniture from one apartment to another. It is forbidden to move furniture or anything else outside the house (such as upholstered chairs, sofas, mattresses, blankets or bedspreads). It is forbidden to use the rented linen for use on the beach.
For non-compliance with these obligations, compensation equal to the damage caused will be requested.
Art. 6 - NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
The number of customers must be that indicated on the booking confirmation, all extra people must pay a supplement of Euro 7.00 per night and cannot be more than the beds available in the apartment and in any case subject to authorization by the agency. It is not allowed to have guests who stay overnight, even in the presence of vacant beds, upon request and authorization from the Gulliver Agency.
Children under the age of 3 who sleep in bed with their parents, maximum two, are not counted as paying.
Art. 7 - DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Pets are allowed only if previously indicated and authorized on the booking confirmation. The extra cost for each pet, (maximum 2 per apartment) subject to authorization by the Gulliver Agency, is Euro 20.00 per animal per stay.
Art. 8 - MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
The owner reserves the right to enter the leased unit to carry out routine maintenance work or if he believes that there are serious reasons caused by uncivilized or uneducated behavior on the part of the guests after notifying the guest.
In the event of faults, these must be promptly reported to the Agency, which will provide appropriate repairs in the shortest possible time, compatibly with the nature of the fault.
Any damage caused by the guest, found on the day of departure during the inspection of the apartment, (damage to equipment or to the property, mattress covers, pillow covers, sheets, towels, stained or torn bed covers, etc.) are his responsibility, and is required to compensate them before departure.
Art. 9 CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS
Free cancellation and modification up to 5 days before the arrival date. For cancellations or changes made after this deadline, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of no show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
In the event of a "Non Refundable" booking, an amount equal to the total stay may be charged at any time, in this case there are no changes or cancellations.
Art. 10 - COMPLAINTS
Each property is checked by a person in charge of the Agency so that everything is in order, clean and functioning, before being delivered to the customer, who in turn on the day of arrival, together with the person in charge will check the state and conditions of the property . In any case, any complaints must be reported immediately and in any case at the latest within 48 hours of their occurrence directly to the person in charge on site, or to the Agency, which will as soon as possible remedy any problem.
Customers who, in the event of problems, leave the apartment on their own and spontaneous initiative, will lose any right or eventual refund of the rent not enjoyed. Any complaint reported at the end of the stay or after departure will not be taken into any consideration.
Art. 11 - SECURITY
Customers are responsible for declarations for the purposes of Public Safety regulations
Art. 12 - COURT AND LEGAL COMPETENCE
For any dispute between the Organization and the Customer, only the court of Sciacca, where the Organization is based, will be competent.

Art. 13 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to law 675/96, on the protection of privacy and personal data processing, the Tenant authorizes the Gulliver Agency to process and communicate his personal data for purposes connected or instrumental to its activity, that is for all contractual and fiscal obligations. , administrative related to the lease relationship, information on promotions and catalogs and any questionnaires on the degree of appreciation of the service. Compulsory communication pursuant to Article 16 of Law 269/98 - the law punishes crimes relating to prostitution and child pornography with imprisonment, even if they are committed abroad.
